By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
WhiteOak Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Springfield, MA and the surrounding Western Massachusetts area, including but not limited to:
All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment by phone within 5 minutes of receiving your request during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–8pm). We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, with reasonable advance notice.
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time due to reasons within your control, a lock-out fee may apply. All WhiteOak staff are background-checked and insured.
If you are not completely satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to pre-existing conditions, damage, or stains that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided — final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space.
WhiteOak Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, fragile or improperly secured items, or failure to disclose special conditions before service.
Please inform us of any hazardous conditions, pets, allergies, or special requirements before your appointment. Our team reserves the right to refuse service in conditions deemed unsafe.
We use plant-based, eco-friendly, and non-toxic cleaning products by default. If you require specific products or have product restrictions (allergies, sensitivities), please notify us before your appointment.
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit any WhiteOak staff member for private cleaning work during or for a period of 12 months following service. Violation of this term may result in a referral fee.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Hampden County, Massachusetts.
